BLACKMINNIS is a newly developed veteran own consulting group (B&M group.) in the Washington DC area. The CEO has 10 years of government contract experience, working for several government agencies, including serving at the Pentagon during 911. Mr. Minnis has also served in the U.S Army with honor and severed 25 years as a government Employee for the United States Army’s in the Information Technology Cyber Security Field for Regional Command before retiring. Mr. Minnis founded the Washington Group in Washington DC. Supporting the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area where he is committed to always trusting and verifying that all Information Technology (IT) Service are supported and secured. The company will deliver good government service to our stakeholders and trust and verify that this is what they wanted.

At B&M group we promote stringent contracting services through contracting opportunities through government and through the competitive stance of small to medium companies that are interested in pursuing federal contracts.  We follow strict government guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) keeping up with best practices prim contract and including subcontracting, including modification to contracts that are awarded. The B&M group has several years in asses business readiness, showing readiness through subcontracting and completing certain training and certification needed for the specifications for contracting. We understand the requirements and we review the Statement of Works (SOW) requirements for federal website and digital services provided by the General Service Administration (GSA)and indeed, we are here to serve and to assist.
