The CEO’s distinguished career includes working for various government agencies, serving at the Pentagon during 9/11, and proudly serving in the U.S. Army. With 25 years of service as a government employee in the Information Technology and Cybersecurity fields for Regional Command, Mr. Minnis retired with honor and founded BLACKMINNIS to continue his mission of excellence. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the company is dedicated to supporting the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area by ensuring all Information Technology (IT) services are both secure and reliable.
